Virginia Lee
Member Partnership for LA Schools Virginia Lee is the Senior Director of Community Engagement & Partnerships at Partnership for Los Angeles Schools. Her life’s work is to support families and communities to be healthy and thrive. She has worked with non-profits, government, health organizations, and foundations on public health and social justice issues including violence, food access, active living, HIV/AIDS, and tobacco use. Prior to joining the Partnership, she was the Senior Manager for Urban Peace Institute and Advancement Project. She also convened the Watts Regional School Safety Collaborative with the goal of promoting safe passage for students and implemented the Watts Latino Leadership Institute which focused on increasing civic engagement among immigrant residents. Virginia is passionate about helping children receive a quality and she is proud to serve and support school communities in reaching their fullest potential. |
