Alan Pablo

Site Coordinator
Hamilton High School

Alan Pablo is excited to join the CISLA team as a Site Coordinator/Success Coach. In this role, Alan will play an important part in supporting students at Hamilton High School, directly contributing to CISLA initiatives, and aiding in the implementation of school-wide impact.

Alan brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as a Community Representative at Hamilton High School, where he dedicated himself to supporting the English learner population and their families. In this capacity, Alan worked closely with school administration, providing crucial clerical and event planning support. This experience allowed him to refine his skills in resource connection and communication while deepening his commitment to fostering inclusive educational environments where all students can thrive.

Alan's educational journey reflects his dedication to understanding and addressing educational disparities. He initially pursued courses at El Camino College, gaining a critical perspective on oppressive structures in education, which ignited his pursuit of higher education. In May of 2024 he earned his bachelor's degree in liberal arts majoring in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach, further equipping him with the skills needed for this role.

Alan's passion for creating supportive and inclusive spaces aligns seamlessly with CISLA’s mission, and he is eager to contribute his expertise to enhance our programs and support our students’ success.

In his off time, Alan enjoys new traveling, film photography, and discovering new music.
