Vincenzo Viloria

Grants Manager

Vincenzo Viloria (Grants Manager) joined the CISLA team in November 2025. As the Grants Manager, they support writing, reporting, drafting and researching of institutional support.

Vincenzo has 7+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience in San Diego and Chicago at LGBTQ+, HOA, first-generation college students, and public parks-serving organizations. They are passionate about Community Centric Fundraising principles, individual giving and institutional funding. In previous roles, they have managed $2M+ grant portfolios, spearheaded Major Giving Campaigns, and supported fulfillment of $6M in cash/media/in-kind sponsorships.

In addition to their fundraising roles, they have supported Queer Pan-Asian programming, Transgender Student Scholarships, led environmental justice initiatives at Asian Americans Justice & Innovation Labs, and climate action at SD350. Currently, they are Board Secretary at You Belong Outdoors, a nonprofit encouraging queer and trans folks to engage in the outdoors in Orange County.

As an immigrant of the Filipino-Italian diaspora and a child of immigrants originally from the city of Norwalk in L.A. county, they are dedicated to providing equitable solutions for students across Los Angeles through the vehicle of fundraising.

Vincenzo graduated with a History & Ethnic Studies degree from UC San Diego and in their free time they are an avid reader, dance enthusiast and casual triathlete.
